Women's Retreat 09'

This past weekend was our churches annual Women's Retreat. We went to Keystone for the weekend and spent some one on one time with Jesus and also formed new relationships with the girls. It was an amazing time!! We did this really funny skit and from the pics below you can see that I was an 80's girl. :)
The theme this year was He knows my name. Did you know that God knows you .... every detail about you and loves you. No matter where you have come from or what your past looks like, He loves you - and your future with Him will look much greater. We were asked to bring a flower that described us and a HUGE bouquet was made that was to show that we are all individual and different but all together we make a beautiful arrangement to be used by God. This weekend God confirmed to me that I am called to minister to women - moms and wives mostly. I always thought that my place in ministry was with the children but that isn't the case. I need to be pushed out of my comfort zone and love on ladies that are struggling in their marriage or in parenting.
