Do you Know Him?

I am talking about Jesus. Do you know him? See most people think that when you talk about Jesus you are making a statement about your religion but they are so wrong. It actually has nothing to do with a religion and everything to do with a relationship. Yep, a full on, 2 sided relationship. It may sound crazy to you but it is very real to many people.

If you want to know Him you have to first except Him, surrender your life to Him, pray and ask Him to forgive you for your sins, and let Him know that you believe in His death on the cross, burial, and Resurrection. He is alive! You are now eternally His. The free, amazing gift of eternal life in Heaven with all the saints is yours. Then, I can not encourage you enough to get into the Word! Read your Bible. It is 100% true, 100% relevant for our lives today, and has the tools you need to keep your eyes on Jesus. Also, find a good, Bible teaching church and make some friends that love Jesus as much as you do. The enemy wants nothing more than for you to feel alone in this journey. The more you seek Him out, the closer you will become to Him and your relationship will be stronger as you go.

One more important thing is that you have to know that your life will not be perfect after this. No, it just won't, even the Bible will tell you that. The difference is that now you have Jesus with you as you go. His Holy Spirit that is in you if you are a believer, will comfort you and convict you, lead you ,and guide you.
